This catalogue is developed by ITINERIS (Italian Integrated Environmental Research Infrastructures System), the italian integrated system of the Research Infrastructures in the environmental scientific domain. This system aims at facilitating observation and study of processes in the atmosphere, marine domain, terrestrial biosphere, and geosphere.

The catalogue features research products stemming from the initiative and its Virtual Research Environments. All the products are accompanied with rich descriptions capturing general attributes, e.g. title and creator(s), as well as usage policies and licences.
